Welcome to the 30 day No Excuses Challenge.
The idea of this challenge began when two friends and Oriental Medicine /Acupuncture colleagues, Kristin Cabranes and Sarah Beier-Abdelmawgoud, were sharing their personal and professional experiences with fitness & nutrition.

Looking for a more balanced fitness and nutrition program for weight management they decided to research and experiment with different fitness programs and individualized nutrition programs and record their results.

“Our focus is to show that 2 busy women, while trying to balance work and family can achieve a healthy lifestyle. We want to show everyone that it is possible to exercise daily, eat properly while caring for children, spouses and managing the daily challenges that normally become our stumbling blocks which can lead to excuses.”

While actively participating in the challenge, we will also be blogging about fitness, nutrition and other techniques that can be used to support a balanced lifestyle.
